We are all ,at some level , hypocrites  . Some not as bad as the others but hypocrites all the same . Especially when it comes to the issue of the environment and rescuing what little is left of it . We have all read , heard , spoken , written, preached about fossil fuels being a precious resource that is almost gone. From the time I first heard about it ( about ten years ago in class 3 ) , the basic , most obvious  solution to this "problem" was moving to renewable sources of energy . Every single environmental science answer paper written by students of this generation will have that one point very clearly written . And yet , even today , people are discussing about the pros and cons of renewable sources of energy . Lets take solar energy for example . Pros : Renewable , abundant ( THAT is what you call an under statement ) , causes no pollution ,cheap to use . Cons : Hmmmmm..hmmm...some hum ho about ...

It's taken me a while to make this post. The reason, I don't know. But one thing I know for sure. The world has lost a visionary, a creative genius, the kind of person who truly is one in a million. Steven Paul Jobs. The man behind the half bitten apple. The man who redefined how we would use of phones and how they would make them. The man who made a Phone do more than just make and receive calls. The man who put portable in portable music players . This is not a post to highlight the life and times of Steve jobs. A blogpost can't do justice to that. This is a tribute. A post to bid adieu. To say goodbye. One last time . No matter what anyone says, there is one indisputable fact. He was one of the greatest creative geniuses of recent times. His visions for the phones of the future, nobody else had. When the iPhone first came out, it was an instant hit for a reason. And it was not because of the brand name of apple but because of the fact that it took phone technology and...

In a regular english premier league season , few days are as hectic and throw up as many surprises as transfer deadline day . Some managers dig into their heels to keep their players while others dig into their pockets to pull players from other clubs ! Chelsea over the last two transfer windows have become experts of sorts at signing players in the dying hours of the transfer window ! David Luis , for example , signed his contract 26 minutes before the close of the window ! Corruption is a menace in everybody's life . That is the reason the anti-corruption movement in the country over the last few months has gained so much popularity among the masses . A bill that has been waiting for 42 years to be passed became the main issue of contention . It was important that people knew and the government was reminded that such a bill existed. Today the name od that bill is common knowledge. The lokpal bill has been getting the attention it so badly needed.And for that we need to thank anna hazare.Crowds gathered at various locations across the nation to support the cause.To wake a government who for the last seven years did not bother about the bill , needed that kind of jolt .
